Private Tuition

Paula runs private tuition classes for those who want to dig a bit deeper with their fermentation. These are bespoke classes – at a time and place to suit you – geared to your own level of fermentation knowledge.

Our unique Koji fermentation workshop has arrived. On 26th February you will be in the excellent hands of no less than four fermentation professionals who will teach you the alchemy behind Koji, the mould that is exciting the food world. Koji lies behind the umami rich flavours of Asian Cooking.
