Bespoke Classes

Paula runs bespoke classes for those who want to dig a bit deeper with their fermentation. These are bespoke classes – at a time and place to suit you – geared to your own level of fermentation knowledge.

Whether you want to make your homegrown produce last longer, or make the most of what’s available in the supermarket discount bin; whether you are aiming to fill your store cupboard or  create gifts for family and friends, Paula will tailor her tuition to suit your needs.
